For movies with teens doing bad things.. I’m not sure, but 10 Things I Hate About You is pretty good. And since A Walk to Remember is a Nicholas Sparks based film, The Notebook would be a good choice. Oh, a good movie about a bad student becoming better with a help of a girl, Step Up would be a good choice.
For movie with young people, try Whatever It Takes. It’s cute and centered around Prom. “Sleepover” is a good movie about a group of girls transitioning from 8th grade to high school.

Check out Heathers starring Christian Slater and Winona Ryder, it’s a bit old now (early 90’s I think) but I reckon it fits your criteria pretty well.
